Tridentra Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on select services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

The following services are eligible for refunds within 30 days:

- Digital solution deposits (before work has commenced)
- Consulting packages (within first consultation period)
- Pre-payment for services not yet rendered
3. Non-Refundable Services
Important Notice: Trademark Search Reports
Trademark search reports are strictly non-refundable. Once a search has been initiated, processed, or a report has been generated, no refund will be provided. This policy applies regardless of the search results or client satisfaction with the findings.
The following services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Trademark search reports - Non-refundable once search is initiated or completed
- Completed trademark searches - All search services are final
- Government filing fees paid to third-party authorities
- Filings already submitted to government agencies
- Completed digital projects or work-in-progress beyond initial phase
- Services rendered more than 30 days ago
- Third-party service fees and disbursements
- Professional fees for work already performed
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide a reason for your refund request
- Wait for confirmation and review (typically 3-5 business days)
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for services that have been partially completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and any expenses already incurred.
6. Government Fee Refunds
Government filing fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities. If a filing is rejected by a government agency, refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and agency policies.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time before work has commenced or filing has been submitted. Once work has begun or documents have been filed, cancellation fees may apply.
